Publication date of this version: 27 October 2026

This section provides PureMF’s common public contact channel and the procedure for submitting enquiries concerning an Order. It applies together with the PureMF Public Offer and Privacy Policy.

1. Common contact channel

For general questions about the Website, Account or personal data, and to submit an initial enquiry or claim, the User may contact the website operator:

Website operatorELECTROVEINS Limited

2. Where to send a claim concerning an Order

Under the new Offer, ELECTROVEINS Limited is responsible for order fulfilment, payments, refunds and claims. The payment partner collecting funds on behalf of ELECTROVEINS Limited in the Kyrgyz Republic is LLC "Bulk Range" (ОсОО «БАЛК РЭНДЖ»), registration number 219383-3301-ООО, INN 02706202310142; address: Apartment 68, 16 Ch. Aitmatov Avenue, Pervomaysky District, Bishkek, 720017, Kyrgyz Republic. FreedomPay payments are in KGS when available for the Invoice.

The User may submit a claim either directly to the Provider using the details in the Order or Invoice, or through the common channel at ask@electroveins.com.

3. Information to include in an enquiry

To help us consider your enquiry without delay, please provide:

your name, email and another convenient contact method;

the Order number, Invoice number, tracking number or another Parcel identifier;

the Provider’s name, if known to the User;

a description of the circumstances, the date of the event and the specific remedy requested;

a calculation of the amount claimed, if a refund or compensation is sought;

documents, photographs and other materials on which the User relies.

If additional information is objectively necessary to consider an enquiry, the User is told exactly what is needed. Data already held by the operator or Provider is not requested again if it is available for verification.

4. Review procedure

Enquiries are accepted in English. An electronic enquiry is accepted for handling once received through the specified contact channel.

The identified Provider responds to claims concerning its Order. ELECTROVEINS Limited handles platform enquiries and routes Order enquiries through the common channel. The review period remains governed by the Public Offer, Order terms and applicable law; internal forwarding does not restart that period.

Submitting an enquiry through the common channel does not restrict the User’s right to send a formal legal communication to the Company’s postal address.

5. Formal legal communications

For formal legal communications, we recommend sending an electronic copy to ask@electroveins.com and, at the same time, a paper copy to the postal address of the entity identified as the Provider in the Order or Invoice. Communications to LLC "Bulk Range" should use the address in section 2.

If the User does not have the Provider’s details, they may request them through the common contact channel, quoting the Order or Invoice number.
